Come Find Your Fit with WorkBC!
The Find Your Fit tour is a fun, interactive event that helps students discover B.C. careers and it is visiting Duncan on January 23rd. At this event, students can explore careers—from a nurse to a technologist to a welder—getting hands-on experience at up to 16 different stations.
The tour is targeted to students Grades 5-10 to help them discover a range of in-demand careers in B.C. through fun and interactive activities.
Many SD 79 students will be going through Find Your Fit during the school day, but it is also open to the public during the following times:
Tuesday, January 23
3:30 pm – 7:00 pm
Cowichan Secondary School (Quamichan Campus) gym (2515 Beverly Street)
Lake Cowichan families – the tour will be stopping in your community on February 27th. More information to come!
