Mandate of DSAC
The District Student Advisory Committee of the Cowichan Valley School District is the voice of our student body. It offers a mechanism for the exchange of information between students and board members, allowing for student input into decisions affecting both intra-curricular and extra-curricular school experiences. DSAC promotes positive inter-school relations and representation from the District’s large and diverse geographical area. DSAC also provides students an opportunity to demonstrate leadership skills by reporting out at the meetings and then back at their schools.
