Due to the ongoing flooding and the declaration of a local state of emergency, the Cowichan Secondary School presentation is postponed.
The Board of Education for the Cowichan Valley School District, with partners Urban One Builders and HCMA Architecture + Design, are hosting a public unveiling of the new Cowichan Secondary School Design on Monday, November 15th.
This celebratory event will be the first time the public can hear directly from project builder, Urban One, and the design team at HCMA.
The Board of Education announced on Tuesday, November 2 that Urban One had been selected as the builder for the new project and HCMA Architecture + Design as the architecture firm.
The event will take place in the gymnasium at the current Cowichan Secondary School from 5:30 pm until 7 pm on November 15th.
The event will comply with all Provincial Health Orders, meaning guests 12-years and older must show proof of vaccination and masks will be required indoors for everyone 5-years of age and over.
