Use the information below to help guide you in completing your Remedy Submission. This will need to be done each month.
Remedy Submission Timeline for November, 2018
November 13th – 20th– Teachers can start submitting their remedy forms for October classes. Detailed information on how to submit your remedy form, obtain your class list, the Bill 28 Class Size and Composition Worksheet and Frequently Asked Questions is available below. Secondary Teachers that do not have SSDAS log-in information will receive it by November 14th. If you do not have an SSDAS login please contact Tech Services at 250-748-0321, ext. 217 or Gina Kueber at email@example.com.
November 21st– Secondary Principals will review and approve authorization forms with training and support from District staff.
November 28th– Elementary Principals will review and approve the authorization forms with training and support from District staff.
November 30th– All remedy submissions are in and under review and will be processed by District staff.
Mid to late December– You will get access to your remedy option.
- Options 1 – 3 – information will be communicated by the District
- Option 4 – information will be communicated by the CDTA
For subsequent months, Teachers will be asked to submit during the first 7 days of the month. Principals are to approve the submission in the following week and submit to the District for review and processing.
