Computer Accounts and Printing

Computer Accounts: At the start of the year all students must reset their accounts.

  1. Log in with your student number/Hello0179. (The first O is a letter; the second is a number)
  2. Log into Teams with that same combination.
  3. You will be prompted to change your password.
  4. Change the password to something you will remember, and put it into your phone just in case!
  5. You should be able to log-on . If you can’t, come to see the librarian.

Printing in the Library Lab:

Air printing is unreliable, but:

  1. Ensure you are on the student BYOD network.
  2. Find what you would like to print from your iPhone and click the share button (box with an arrow).
  3. Click print.
  4. When prompted, click ‘Find nearby printers’.
  5. If SBO_Follow Me appears, choose it.
  6. Log in using your student number/password combination.
  7. Log into the printer using that same combination.
  8. Click ‘Release’ and your document title should appear.
  9. Click on the title and then click ‘Print’.

*If the printer doesn’t appear in step 4, try again in the Counseling/Careers office as they also have an air printer.

Printing from a Library Lab computer:

  1. Log into the computer and log into Teams.
  2. Create or find your document, and click ‘File –>Print’.
  3. Make sure you choose the printer that says ‘Follow_Me@SPCCSS’ as no other printer will work.
  4. Click ‘Print’.
  5. Log into the printer with your student number/password combination, and then click ‘Release’.
