As part of the Catalyst Program, learners from around the district, grades 5 to 8, were invited to participate in the Young Filmmakers Showcase. The theme for this year’s festival was “The Environment of the Cowichan Valley: Past, Present and Future”. The culminating activity was an evening celebration sponsored by the CVRD in the Island Savings Theatre.
