Communicating Student Learning

Reporting, known as Communicating Student Learning, is beginning to look different across the province as we deepen our understanding of the modernized BC curriculum and align our assessment practices. The continuing goal of reporting and communicating student learning is to ensure that parents are well informed about their children's progress. We are transitioning from a historical protocol of issuing reports 3 times a year to more of a fluid, and continuous reporting protocol where parents receive information about their child's progress in a timely and responsive manner. The process will be refined as we receive feedback from both parents and teachers.
