School-Based All Candidates Debate

Today, four of the local candidates vying for the position of Member of Parliament for Cowichan – Malahat – Langford attended an open zoom town hall with students from across the district.

Far from being a rest on the campaign, students posed thoughtful and powerful questions to candidates, who had 60 seconds to reply. These questions ranged from Climate Change to Housing, Refugees and Foreign Affairs to Reconciliation, and Mandatory Vaccines and Women in Politics.
