The Cowichan Valley School District is a registered charity providing K-12 public education in the Cowichan Valley, on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.

The Cowichan Valley is predominately a rural community of approximately 70,000 people. It is located on the east coast of central Vancouver Island, extending north to Saltair, south to Spectacle Lake on the Malahat, and west to the Lake Cowichan region, including Honeymoon Bay and Youbou.
